An Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Apprenticeship could be the challenge you’re looking for! We currently have an opportunity for a 1st year apprentice to join our Customer Care team through 1300 Apprentice. Gain full knowledge of the industry and all necessary skills in install, service and maintenance of domestic and commercial air conditioning. Opportunity to work on many different sites for some large Australian wide companies and experiencing something new everyday. The position is based in Melbourne. Hours of work are 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Day to day duties will include:
•Assisting with installing, repairing, servicing and maintaining HVAC equipment in residential and commercial facilities.
•Completing a combination of supervised on the job learning and theory work at TAFE.
•Working at heights and using general hand tools and other industry specific tooling.
