We currently have an excellent opportunity to join our team as the Food and Beverage Manager. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the team ensuring the highest possible standards of professionalism and guest experience in all of our food and beverage outlets.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing the F&B operations for Olims Bar & Bistro, conferencing & events, the bottle shop, room service and minibar
- Co-ordination between the food and beverage team and other outlets such as front office, housekeeping and sales to ensure successful communication of all relevant information
- Preparation of monthly reports, including forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of monthly results
- Taking our customer-focused service to the next level
- Taking ownership of all guest feedback and leading change
- Developing the next level of food and beverage leaders
