Flexible Work Schedule: Craft a work-life balance that suits you with remote work 2 days per week and an 8.5-day fortnight (work every second Friday for 6 hours and have the following Friday off).

?? Who You Are:


A registered Occupational Therapist with relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.
Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.
Strong Problem-solving skills and advocacy.

?? What You'll Do:


Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate a client's needs, strengths, and challenges.
Develop individualised treatment plans focused on improving functional skills and independence.
Utilise various therapeutic techniques to achieve goals.
Educate and train clients, families, and caregivers on how to support therapy goals.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
