The role As the Wellbeing Officer, you will work with a team of safety specialists to contribute to the overall wellbeing of employees at MidCoast Council. This is a rewarding opportunity where you will be involved in the development and implementation of programs, initiatives, and resources which foster wellbeing and resilience. As an advocate for positive workplace culture and employee wellbeing, you will lead change, provide support, and participate in the development of strategies and activities in line with a broad range of Council operational areas.
