Kyo sushi bar is a high-end sushi restaurant located in Wentworth Point. We are now looking for an experienced sushi chef with passion in Japanese cuisine to join our amazing team.
Job duty:
Preparing sashimi according to the restaurant's standard.
Making different type of sushi including Nigiri, Sushi Roll, Hand Roll etc.
Helping with other sushi bar & kitchen preparations.
Maintain good hygiene for the workplace.
Key skills & requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience working in this field.
Good knife skills, fast sushi making speed.
Ability working in fast paced environment and work under pressure.
Understanding work safety.
Team player
Good attitude, keen to learn and willing to take responsibilities.
Salary:
70,000 annual salary + super (FULL TIME)
