You will be responsible for:
-Using diagnostic software to determine faults and plan repairs.
-Operate in compliance to the NHVAS scheme.
-Conducting regular maintenance on Hawk Logistics diesel-powered vehicles and machinery (trucks, forklifts).
-Diagnosing and inspecting issues using scanning tools and computers. ? Performing necessary repairs using hand and power tools. ?
-Keeping accurate records of service and repairs. ?
-Carrying out Preventative Maintenance inspections.
To be successful in this role you will have:
-Experience with Kenworth, Mercedes, Cummins and Volvo, desirable but not essential.
-Experience in general fleet Maintenance.
-Ability to work unsupervised.
-Demonstrated ability working within a fast-paced environment.
-Minimum Certificate III in Automotive Diesel Engine Technology or equivalent.
-Current forklift license desired.
-HR license desired.
