We are seeking 2 positions in experienced Solid Plasterer's/ Cement Renderer to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying solid plaster/ Cement Render to various surfaces, including walls and ceilings to different types of surfaces. The role requires a skilled individual with a minimum of three years of practical experience in plastering/ Rendering.
Key Requirements:
At least three years of experience.
White card and PPE
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills.
Must own their own vehicle a must and have Australian drivers license.
Speak and read English is a must
Key Responsibilities:
Mixing and applying coats of cement render to interior and exterior walls and ceilings using the appropriate tools
Capable of using straight edges to screed render on walls where appropriate.
Capable of installing polystyrene cladding would be a bonus but not essential.
Experience in all decorative finishes including; Concrete Finish, Hard Plaster, Stucco, Venetian Plaster would be a bonus but not essential.
Experience in following the appropriate Brickwork, EPS, AAC (Hebel/Nasahi) render systems a must.
