We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our Multi franchised dealership located in South Hedland . Please note this position is open to WA based residents only. Sorry NO FIFO.

Mon-Fri 7am-5pm, Saturday’s as required
Immediate start available
Approx $85,000 to $95,000 per annum
Port/South Hedland Workshops
Duties and Responsibilities:
Carrying out a variety of electrical repairs/maintenance on new & used vehicles
Repairing the mechanical parts of the motor vehicle such as the engine, transmission and the suspension systems
Accessory and Mine vehicle fit outs.
Preventative maintenance
Trouble shooting / Diagnosing and fault finding
Completing basic paperwork/log books
Providing expert advice in relation to current mechanical condition of vehicles
Taking all necessary steps to diagnose to ensure the correct operation of vehicles sold under dealer warranty including the dismantling and reconstruction or replacement of faulty components
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Automotive Mechanic Trade Certificate is essential
Honest, Hardworking & Reliable
Previous Toyota or Nissan dealership experience would be advantageous
Current C Class Driver’s License
Must have own Hand Tools
Good mechanical knowledge
