Guest Relations Agent (Driver) - Hervey Bay Permanent Part-Time Position About the Role As our trusted Guest Relations Agent (Mainland Driver), your role will primarily be to pick up and drop off K'gari Explorer Tour guests. You will be required to greet all guests, assist with their luggage and create a wonderful first and last impression on arrival and departure from Kingfisher Bay Resort. The Guest Relations Agent (GRA) is the first and last person who will interact with the guests and are expected to provide and maintain exceptional customer service. Their goal is to ensure all guests have a great start and finish to their visit. This is a unique opportunity (and position) as you will be required to work split shifts, i.e. 6am - 9am, 5pm-7pm, approximately 4-5 hours per day and on a roster of 4 days on / 3 days off.
