We have an exciting opportunity for you in a rapidly expanding department based in Northamptonshire that includes a rage of trades - Brickwork, Carpentry, Furniture, Electrical, Plumbing and Stonemasonry. In this role you wil ensure a high-quality learning experience is provided to all students in the construction department. You will be responsible for the recruitment, retention and achievement of apprentices and students as well as provide an outstanding learning resource which enables students to achieve their highest potential. You will ensure that students are gaining relevant skills to enhance employability and proactively engage in quality assurance and improvement through providing of pastoral and tutorial support.    What you’ll need… A degree in relevant subject Ideally a Level 5 Teaching…
