The duties and requirements: Reporting into the local Area Manager, your responsibilities will include: End to end recruitment and placing quality candidates within your dedicated clients business Systems and compliance management of your recruitment desk Building strong relationships whilst understanding the client business and workforce requirements Strategic planning of your recruitment desk and brand Supporting in opportunities to cross sell services to clients Working collaboratively with divisions and branches for sustainable growth Supporting and driving brand awareness About you: In order to thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly desirable: Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Be approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of people Ability to work quickly and accurately to complete multiple tasks at a time and at high volume Administration savvy with strong computer literacy.
