13th March, 2024 About The Role:Maintenance Fitters will be required to complete routine PM’s, Shutdown work as well as some shift coverage and call out work. All work is to be completed in line with company safety and quality standards a safe and efficient manner whilst still being compliant with all relevant Statutory requirements and health and safety regulations.The Mechanical Fitter works cohesively as a valuable member of the Maintenance Department. The role reports to the Mechanical Supervisor, it is expected that the position will have an interactive role with all Plant Operations personnel & Stores. Key Duties and Tasks: Diagnosis of faults and equipment breakdowns. Estimation of time and materials required to complete jobs and raising of orders. Carry out time and material estimations for planned tasks and enter associated parts orders. Undertaking repairs and component change outs, where required. Undertaking preventative maintenance inspections, equipment repairs and associated component change outs in a safe, responsible and timely manner.
