You’re a talented leader in an agency environment with experience in search, social, and programmatic advertising. Although you may not be a hands-on expert in all these channels, you understand them fully and can drive your team and clients towards excellence. You’re a technical person who loves spending time on the tools, but you also get a buzz from working directly with your team members and clients to help them grow.

You are already managing others.
Finally, you thrive under pressure and know how to allocate your time and the time of others to ensure the most important actions are taken to deliver true value to your clients.
About The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join Rocket in a senior role. Here’s what your day-to-day would look like:
Leading our existing team of 8 genuinely talented search, social & programmatic specialists.
Reporting directly to our Director of Digital.
Spending 50-70% of your time adding value to prospective, existing and new clients through diagnosis, strategy, recommendations, and expectations management.
The rest of your time would be spent mentoring, supporting and growing your team and providing your expertise and insights into our new business efforts.
There is a real opportunity to make your mark in this role.
