As a Operations Manager you will be responsible for motivating, inspiring and engaging a team of Team Leaders to ensure each team is able to deliver the required performance and outcomes for our growth departments. You will be able to be creative in your leadership approach and we encourage you to trial new ideas and think outside of the box.
This will be a hybrid work model based in our VIC Docklands location!
You will be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of;
- Commercial performance across your direct reports and influencing the wider portfolio
- End to end management of all associated costs to deliver the program
- High level of client engagement; Ability to engage with stakeholders
- Collaborate and engage with all key stakeholders, driving operational excellence
- Providing continuous coaching and feedback to enhance each team member’s capability
- Analyse and manage all campaigns to ensure ongoing success
- Manage team members schedule adherence
- Confidently manage all team productivity and service metrics
