- Manage the restaurant, bar, room service & conference rooms, to ensure quality and efficient service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience.
- Review, analyse and drive revenue the daily operational needs maintaining beverage, labour, product and expenses on budget.
- Develop, implement and maintain quality standards for all food and beverage outlets including the supervision and direction of the food and beverage team.
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment used by restaurant, bar, room service and conference areas.
- Work closely with Executive Chef to ensure Food and Beverage service is an exceptional guest experience.
- Recruit, manage, train, develop and inspire the Food and Beverage team.
