Your new role As the Property Services Manager, you will join the team on a permanent basis in the Perth CBD office. In this role you will oversee the Property Services department, providing leadership and strategic direction for all matters relating to leasing/licensing of property and land administration in maritime facilities. You will be the lead for policy and strategic development within the Property Services team. Your role will include the following duties:
Participate in the organisation planning process and convert in to work plans for your team.
Understand your customer's needs and ensure that the team maintain the expected service standards.
Develop lease/licence and land administration policies, strategies and initiatives.
Prioritise and allocate available resources to ensure deadlines are met.
Manage the human and financial resources of the Property Services team.
What you'll need to succeed As the Property Services Manager, you will have extensive property experience and have the ability to lead and support the team.
Experience in commercial property management and land administration
Experience and ability to negotiate with solicitors, local government representatives and developers on commercial and property management issues.
Experience briefing lawyers, parliamentary draft persons and property consultants on complex property management and leasing issues.
Ability to travel intra-state when needed
Ability to provide a national police clearance
