We’re seeking a highly organised Production Manager to join our Bristile Roofing site in Dandenong, Victoria. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the production team in the safe, efficient and cost-effective production of high-quality concrete roof tiles from our Dandenong plant. Duties include but are not limited to • Lead the production team to exceed production targets and maintain high standards of safety and quality. • Continuously improve production processes to enhance efficiency and performance. • Conduct daily production meetings to review performance and address any issues. • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and Shift Supervisors to minimise downtime and optimise plant output. • Work closely with scheduling to ensure production meets demand. • Develop and implement employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment. • Ensure proper training and competency assessments for the production team. • Oversee housekeeping standards within the plant to ensure a clean and safe…
