Maintenance Scheduler

Day to day: Review project plans and specifications, analyze requirements, and calculate material quantities Prepare detailed scopes of work for construction trades and accurate bills of quantities for invoicing Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate documentation Maintain records of project changes and revisions Ideal candidate will have: Strong eye for detail and experience in reading and interpreting construction plans Knowledge of construction materials and methods, analytical and mathematical skills, and attention to detail required Effective communication, teamwork skills, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines necessary Strong prioritization and time management skills, efficient data entry, and typing accuracy required Experience with Microsoft Office programs and IOS beneficial, but not essentia What's on Offer: Competitive annual salary.
