About the role The Sales Manager is responsible for the effective management of a team of Account Managers, Customer Service Teams and other demand generation resources and tools. The role maintains the efficacy and integrity of the sales management system through setting budgets, targets, lead and lag indicators and monitors performance ensuring regular feedback is given to all stakeholders. The role is an expert in the sales management processes and can translate the positioning and go to market approach of the Steel Centre brand, to ensure a clear understanding by sales staff of where and how the business will compete and win in market.
