We currently have a small but effective team, so it is necessary that applicants must be able to work happily and communicate effectively with other team-members.
Must Have Skills/Qualifications
Auto Electrician trade qualification - Cert III
Refrigerant Handling License (optional)
Proven track record of auto-electrical repairs and maintenance
Proven track record of automotive air-conditioning servicing and repairs (optional)
Safety focused
Strong work ethic
Manage work flow
Ability to instruct and mentor Apprentice/s
Work in a team environment
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Drivers license
The Role
This is a full-time position based in Hervey Bay and we are looking for an immediate start.
We are offering a 38hr work week, 5 day week (Monday - Friday)
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repairs to automotive electrical systems
Installation of aftermarket auto electrical accessories
Inspection, diagnostics, servicing and repairs on automotive air-conditioning systems
Parts identification and ordering as required
Ensure cleanliness of workshop environment and carry out general maintenance as required
Accurate completion of Job cards
Assist administration team with customer enquiries
Manage workshop stock levels
