Scutti Fresh Markets Applecross is looking for a full time (with 38 hours per week) skilled Retail Buyer to perform the following duties:
Responsibilities
• planning, managing, selecting and purchasing goods and merchandise;
• liaising with existing suppliers and negotiating contracts;
• building relations with new suppliers;
• monitor market changes, competitor prices and products;
• perform consumer research to determine product demand;
• keeping an accurate stock record;
• managing the pricing and promotional strategies.
Requirements
• The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience
• Customer-oriented approach
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
Position: Full Time
Salary: $70,000 – 90,000 per year
