PROJECT MANAGER
DDC Automation is system integrator for automation and works full project cycle in the mining space. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Perth. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for running the project from end to end in conjunction with our team of engineers.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
• Work in professional multidisciplinary environments to ensure resource efficiency and optimal coordination.
• Responsible for timely and accurate development of drawings and documentation on assigned projects/services.
• Review, analyse, and evaluate tender documents to prepare quotations and auxiliar documentation.
• Analyse, monitor and generate reports to maintain budget and cost tracking.
• Operating and implementing coordinated work programs for sites and commissioning.
• Negotiate and regulate the progress and standard of subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Inspect and meet with the relevant authorities to ensure project standards are within all building codes and statutory requirements.
• Coordinating human resources for the executions of projects, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Maintain supply and equipment records.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Formal Qualifications in Project Management, Construction Project Management, or related Project Management qualification in engineering environments.
• At least 5 years of experience managing engineering projects.
• Proficiency in contract management and tendering processes.
• Strong negotiation communication skills and ability to liaise with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Time management and ability to work across multiple projects.
• Impeccable organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding/Experience with Automation/Control Systems.
SALARY:
$90-120K + Superannuation
