Over 2 years Recruitment experience
Relevant degree
Building and nurturing long term working relationship's
Proactively sourcing candidates via database, advertising, networking and head hunting
Manage the end to end Recruitment process
Interviewing and screening potential candidates
Using Recruitment software such as JobAdder (training provided)
Reference checking and maintaining personnel records
Salary ranging from $70,000 - $85,000.
