The Grounds Team Member vacancy will ensure the maintenance & presentation of the precinct grounds are kept to a high standard whilst adhering to the company safety requirements. Your new role In your new role you will be responsible for:
Lawn & grounds maintenance including mowing, weeding and use of brush cutter. Candidates should be comfortable with extensive mowing requirements during warmer temperatures
Landscape maintenance (including not limited to fertilising of trees/gardens/shrub/pruning and removal, spraying of pesticides/herbicides, horticultural activities, irrigation infrastructure)
Landscape construction across installation of footpaths, garden edges, water features, irrigation infrastructure
General repairs, maintenance and cleaning duties associated with the precinct
Coordination of visitor/contractor access to the buildings and/or precinct
Reporting of faults or failures in the operation or management of any aspect of the precinct
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will need to have the following.
Current Driver's License (C class)
Chemical Certificate (highly desirable, not essential)
White Card and Asbestos Awareness
Truck License (desirable, not essential)
Team player with professional attitude

Salary of $75,000 + 11% superannuation
