Job Description Your New Opportunity: Due to an internal promotion, we've got a Leading Hand position available. Stepping into your new role as a Leading Hand, you'll join and mentor a growing team Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanics. Based in Kalgoorlie you'll use your skills and experience to lead and develop our current diesel technicians and help grow your team. You'll allocate jobs, develop work instructions, prepare info for quotes and repairs and not be afraid to jump on the tools when the team needs a hand. Your mechanics will rely on you as a point of escalation for any tricky problems, and you'll provide guidance and training where required. About you: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in maintenance, service and repair of heavy vehicles and trucks. Experience in Western Star, MAN Trucks & Bus, Dennis Eagle, mtu, Detroit and Allison Transmission products would be ideal – but we have plenty of OEM training available.…
