MarketTrack Global (belonging to the Wiser Solutions, Inc group of companies) is a leader in Commerce Execution SaaS products. Our Commerce Execution Suite provides brands, retailers, brokers, and distributors with the intelligence needed to make better decisions, online and in-store. Wiser’s platform supports a variety of use cases, from market awareness and price management to shelf intelligence and retail execution.
Location: Sydney, NSW
Status: This is a hybrid role with two days onsite (Monday and Thursday) – FULL TIME

Wiser’s platform supports a variety of use cases, from market awareness and price management to shelf intelligence and retail execution.
Role and responsibilities:
Offer independent and objective advice to clients, guiding them through strategic decisions to enhance in-store execution.
Conduct thorough research to grasp client needs and challenges, collaborating closely to pinpoint opportunities and effectively address brand implementation issues.
Define project parameters, validate objectives, and craft efficient action plans for successful delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Employ advanced data analysis techniques to extract valuable business insights, identifying root causes of issues and opportunities for enhancement.
Interview client stakeholders to assess current systems and processes, offering actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Produce detailed solution reports, manuals, and best practice documents, delineating strategies to streamline workflows and achieve objectives.
Deliver findings to clients using various formats such as dashboards, presentations, and infographics, ensuring clarity and impactful communication.
Supervise post-improvement data collection to assess project outcomes, continuously evaluating performance and driving iterative improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor and or master’s degree in business or in a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience of relevant experience in FMCG or Consulting.
Excellent business sense and strong analytical skill set to help our clients extract the best insights
A strong business development and mindset.
Excellent client leadership capability and confident presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and regularly changing environment, juggling with multiple stakeholders and projects.
Very well structured, organized and ability to multitask
Great sense of ownership, personal drive, and autonomy.
