As our Night Manager, your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Provide supervision and support to all department team members
- Be responsible for the reception desk and processing of night audit and nightly reports
- Assist security with monitoring hotel building
- Aid in the operations for the day team to ensure exceptional service is provided around the clock
- Handle all guest queries, effectively managing all types of guest feedback
- Work the unique overnight shifts at our hotel from 11pm - 7am
