About the Role

As the People & Culture Administrator you will join & support the People & Culture (P&C) team working across the group. Key to your role will be providing general administrative support to the P&C team across a wide range of areas including: talent acquisition, performance development, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, payroll, FBT, work cover,  learning and development.

You  will handle highly sensitive confidential information, and work closely with the P&C Business Partner and Advisors to operationalise and maintain the global HRIS system, acting as the conduit between the local AU/NZ business and the Global HR team. 

A true generalist administration role you will also:

  • Coordinate & maintain documentation for all employee files, managing highly sensitive, confidential information appropriately;
  • Manage the P&C group inbox, drafting employees communications and interpreting reporting as necessary;
  • Assist the APAC Payroll manager with preparing payroll information for submission and by responding to queries in relation to leave balances;
  • Maintain HRIS system;
  • Support the P&C events calendar and employee events throughout the year:
  • Coordinate both on-boarding and off-boarding processes for all employees including contract preparation, IT ticket submissions and employee documentation;
  • Process P&C related invoices and expense management, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

You will be passionate about people, processes and organisational culture. You are highly organised and working within a fast paced, ever changing environment is where you thrive! You will be able to think on your feet, possess exceptional time management skills and love working as part of a team.

Additionally, you will bring:

  • 1-2 years corporate experience, ideally in the People & Culture sphere;
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Management or relevant qualification;
  • Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to complete administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Strong analytical, numerical skills and problem solving skills;
  • Experience and understanding of handling sensitive and confidential information;
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop relationships across the organisation;
  • Previous experience with managing enterprise systems or exposure to general HR principles is desirable but not essential!
