About Your Role
Our Explosive Ordnance Services team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.
Thales will train and qualify you to work in each area of our logistics business including, storage, maintenance and distribution. This will be comprised of ‘on the job’ training as well as courses through our in-house registered training organisation.
Working across a Monday – Friday you will :
Operating the inventory management system
Conducting research and investigations as required, interrogating stock history to complete investigations
Involvement with stock counting
Building and maintaining a good working relationship with all staff members within the logistic services business
Demonstrate a personal commitment to all matters relating to health and safety
How About You?
Basic knowledge and experience in stocktaking and warehouse processes
Excellent attention to detail with very good numeric, oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
