What Success Looks Like

Though you’re experience in Quality Assurance, you’d need to learn our range of products, understand how they’re manufactured and determine how we test to ensure quality to our customers.

Building strong connections with the Production Team and our testing laboratory is vital. You will establish this by asking the right questions, listening to feedback and working together to solve problems and develop improvement initiatives.

Key Activities and Responsibilities include

  • Conduct internal and supplier audits and support certification audits

  • Drive effective use of the Intelex non-conformance database with a focus on addressing the root cause

  • Conduct product acceptance processes

  • Ensure management of customer complaints and feedback

  • Support Continuous improvement initiatives, including Gemba, SIMS, Kaizen and Cost of Non-Quality (CNQ) reduction

From day one, you will need:

  • Sound knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management System

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a culture of creativity and teamwork

You may also (but not need)

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in science, chemistry or engineering-related field or technical equivalent preferred.

  • Be a qualified ISO 9001 internal or lead auditor
