Salary: $72K to $127K per annum + super
Location: Thomastown, Craigieburn, Templestowe Lower (flexible arrangement)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Our client has the vision of helping people to realise their potential has expanded to encompass diverse services and client groups, from NDIS participants with severe disabilities to TAC claimants recovering from life-altering accidents.
Due to the exciting growth, they currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven speech therapist to join their team. In this role, you will have the choice of working on and off site to manage your own caseload. You will possess strong clinical skills with the ability to follow through as well as the ability to co-manage clients with different health professionals in a dynamic team environment.
As a Speechy you will be responsible for:
Manage and provide high-quality service to a small, diverse caseload of complex clients, parents and carers, demonstrating exemplary clinical skills
Co-manage clients through clinical collaboration with other practitioners (e.g. physio, OT, psychologist, dietitian), demonstrating a capacity to work independently and in a team
Participate in professional development and supervision and mentoring to constantly progress your knowledge and clinical skills (graduates will have access to our Young Graduate Program)
Contribute to team culture and success with your proactive, can-do approach and high-level initiative
Uphold company policies, procedures and values

Flexible working hours: We’re open 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm on weekends. Select your own hours.
Weekly supervision: Every practitioner is allocated an experienced supervisor for a weekly 1-hour mentoring/supervision session.
Technology: Each practitioner is given a work mobile phone and Ipad loaded with useful clinical applications and resources for modern treatment strategies. Clinic technology includes large TV Screens, VR headsets, inbuilt speakers and other modern sensory technology tools.
Advanced remote practice: All software is cloud-based. Our clinics are paperless. A comprehensive Intranet is loaded with clinical resources and collaboration platforms so that you can stay connected wherever you are. Automation is in place to reduce tedious tasks.
Interest groups: Select the mixed or specific caseload that suits you. Options include young paeds, adolescent, disability, aged care and home mods.
Community access: A work car is provided for travelling from a clinic to community consults. Travel reimbursement is provided to practitioners who prefer to use a personal car.
Clinic-only caseload: For practitioners who don’t enjoy community visits, we can provide a clinic-only caseload.
