About the role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Senior Associate specialising in mid-market M&A with a focus on Private Equity (7-9 years PQE) to work as part of our high performing team that prides itself on providing commercial and strategic advice. We work collaboratively with our clients to build strong, sustainable relationships. This is an opportunity to work closely with our engaged corporate partners, ensuring that you are truly involved in engaging and interesting work in a growing practice.

About you

In order to be considered, to be successful and thrive in this role, you will:

Currently be working as a Senior Associate in a well recognised corporate team in private practice
Be able to demonstrate strong drafting, legally robust solutions whilst showing attention to detail
A client-focused approach, attuned to understanding and delivering on clients’ commercial business objectives
Be keen to build on a strong technical background with relevant private capital experience
Ability to support partners with team development and able to collaborate across teams.
