The Change Manager will be accountable for the delivery of all change management activities within Business Implementation working closely with the Hospital and Health Services to maximise the sustainable adoption of change and minimise resistance. The Change Manager reports to the Executive Director, Corporate Enterprise Solutions, however, will be assigned project deliverables by the Project Implementation Manager. About the Digital Passport Project: The Digital Passport project was established to support staff mobility across the large and complex health system including Hospital and Health Services (HHS) and the Department of Health. The Digital Passport solution is designed to support statewide employee mobility by bringing the visibility of agreed data for current employees into one place, providing greater transparency, and reducing duplicated effort associated with staff movements.
