The Position Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades with a range of carpentry & handyman tasks Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines Prioritise and attend to urgent requests Provide mobile device work orders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments. Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works The Person QLD Carpentry and/or Building Trade Qualification essential Must be available for a rotating, after hours roster A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role(s).
