Due to growth in both our domestic and international ventures, we are currently looking for a Helpdesk & Desktop Support Officer to join our team in Brisbane. We are looking for a suitably qualified and self-motivated applicant who demonstrates a strong, personal commitment to safety. You will also possess an enthusiasm for IT and can demonstrate the ability to successfully resolve IT issues through technical knowledge, effective communication and efficient management of a demanding and busy workload. Reporting to the IT Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities for this role will include: Providing helpdesk and desktop technical support to ensure smooth running of systems and network service access. Investigating faults and issues, reporting status to key stakeholders.
