Key Outcomes and Accountabilities The aim of this role is to: Provide assistance and administrative support to a team of inspectors Undertake a rang of administrative duties using modern office technology including: Drafting and reviewing written correspondence Sending and responding to emails Arranging and engaging external specialists Maintaining the information held in QBCC's database including ongoing review Assist with administrative tasks as required Provide exceptional customer service to staff of ther commission and external customers Candidate Attributes Ability to multi-task and prioritise while demonstrating attention to detail Process, use and gather information contained within computerised knowledge bases and other data Ability to use multiple software programs, including sound skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Achieve team goals through participation as a member of a team Use of effective communication and interpersonal skills in the workplace, including sound written communication skills To apply for this opportunity, please submit your resume and a statement of suitability (maximum…
