Process Engineer Pre-term

Do you want to be our new Production Engineer? The role includes to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production within the Fibre Optic Cable pre-termination cell at our Dee Why manufacturing plant. This includes personnel management, production monitoring, maintenance and safety, inventory management, problem-solving, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, both locally and overseas, to ensure the efficient and timely production of high-quality fibre optic cables leads.Key Responsibilities:Build and lead teams within the pre-termination cell.Manage schedules, allocate resources effectively, and participate in recruitment processes.Coach and train operatorsEnsure manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and production requirements, including quantity, deadlines, quality, and costKeen eye for process improvement and cost reductionOversee equipment maintenance and ensure the safety of personnel within the production facility.Monitor inventory levels, coordinate the arrival of raw materials, and assist to facilitate the shipment of finished goods with the logistics team.Process leadership for…
