Role Overview:
Avid is looking for an Agency focused Sales & Partnerships Manager to be a lead point of contact with some of the largest media agencies in Australia.
Your mission will be to grow your book of business revenue by leading the relationship with a main agency Holding Co. This will include building a sales pipeline, managing brief + response requests and liaising internally with the Solutions & Client Success teams on proactive native content ideas.
This person should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in media sales roles with experience in digital media and/or agency sales.
Tasks & Requirements:
Manage relationships with key agency contacts across various levels on a daily basis with a focus on agency education, opportunity nurturing and pipeline management
Able to break down agencies/clients to move them along Avid sales cycle towards a Preferred Partnership status
Hit quarterly revenue targets with wider team support (Client success, Sales Enablement, Solutions team, etc.)
Drive high client satisfaction scores across key contacts
Work with Avid internal teams to break down briefs and produce proposals to become an agency must-buy
Liaise with content and strategy teams for insights and support into sales collaterals
Research competitors and identify opportunities for brands to integrate into Avid seamlessly
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in media sales roles with experience in digital media and/orn media agency
Excellent ability to engage new prospects and problem-solve for clients/agencies to drive partnership outcomes
Passion for publisher and content-led solutions
Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills, including developing presentations for a range of industries, and ability to communicate complex concepts simply
Clear understanding of digital ecosystem and marketing mix
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Slides
Good understanding of the Australian digital media/publishing landscape
Ability to captivate and create strong long-lasting relationships
