The role is hands on and requires a strong work ethic, enthusiasm and a positive attitude. You must be able to lead a small team to fulfil the values of the Marsh Carney Saddlery Team in our Dubbo store.
Responsibilities:
Go above and beyond for our customers including specialty customer orders
Know and learn about the products available in the marketplace and provide customers with solutions and alternatives
Rostering and performance management as well as team development and building
Product management- Including monitoring stock levels and accurate data integrity
Merchandising
Building a strong relationship with suppliers and other Marsh Carney Saddlery stores
Strong promotion of the organisation and products maximising sales and gross profit
Ensure the store complies with general safety policies and procedures
Perform general administrative tasks
