Occupation Tasks:
o Prepares detailed drawings and plans to support 3rd Party Engineering specifications.
o Liaising with 3rd Party Engineers, suppliers, customers to get required information when required
o Preparing sketches, charts, tabulations, plans and designs from engineered plans
o Performing and directing fieldwork interpreting work assignment instructions, applying appropriate procedures and selecting equipment
o Collecting and analysing data, and carrying out computations
o Estimating material costs and ensuring finished works are within specifications, regulations and contract provisions
o Inspecting engineering works, and organising and supervising maintenance and repair work
o Estimating / Detailing Truss & Frames jobs, timber Wall Panel, Floor Trusses & Cassettes
o Computer design work
o Site visits and measure
o Follow up Truss and Frame quotes
o Ancillary product sales (Timber, etc.)
o Dealing with public enquires and sales
o Projects & Requests as directed by DM
Qualifications & Experience
o Degree in Engineering Discipline
o Post Grad Studies in Engineering & Product Design
o Experience in HSBCad
o Minimum 5 Years in Timber Truss & Frame
