We are seeking a creative thinker and proven leader to join our Asia Pacific Marketing and Communications team. This role is pivotal in building an inspiring environment for the creative team to work in, overseeing their ideas and projects and developing ideas on enhancing productivity and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic creative leadership including design direction
- Responsible for connecting the creative approach to the business strategy
- Leading a team of creative professionals, this role guides the concept creation and sets the creative direction
- Responsible for supporting his or her peers in creating workflow efficiencies, managing budgets, developing creative guidelines and providing full-service support across all business lines
- Responsible for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across all business lines in the region
- Oversees the design layout and visual impact of marketing materials, products or publications
- Head brand campaigns, including submitting ideas for projects and overseeing the development of all creative content
- Work with executives and other creative leaders to set project deadlines and goals continuing to challenge and improve what has been done in the past
