The Viva Energy Technical Team works closely with Sales and Marketing within the business to provide technical advice, and deliver value added services for our fuels and lubricants customers. These services aim to uncover cost saving opportunities, reduce downtime, increase reliability and deliver new technologies and solutions to our customer base. The Commercial Product Support Engineering Graduate would have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and knowledge in the following areas:
- Provide technical support and solutions to our fuels and lubricants customers in the oil & gas and mining sectors, as well as with industrial, paper, power and manufacturing customers
- Resolve lubrication and equipment issues and help ensure optimisation of customer reliability programs
- Be at the forefront of new technologies and deliver best practice in lubrication solutions
- Support the team in providing a range of online, office and field based technical support that is backed by Shell Global Solutions experts
- Learn from a team with over 463 years of cumulative fuels and lubricant experience
