- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS framework and person-centered approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful towards clients
- Ability to adapt and respond to the individual needs and preferences of clients
- Current first aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and undergo a criminal record check
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Experience in supporting individuals with complex needs is highly desirable
