About the Role
As our Team Leader, you will lead a team of Educators who support the learning and development of children from three to four years of age. You will benefit from an age-appropriate environment of twenty five children where the RIE approach is embedded into our daily practice. The children are included in our daily excursions program and venture into the local community using our very own Rise minibus.

• Be ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy

• Be an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who enjoys Early Childhood Education and Care programs.
Essential Criteria:
• An ACECQA approved Diploma of Children's Services (can be working towards ECT) or a recognised Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Strong Educator with considerable Team/Room Leader experience
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (or willing to obtain)
• Valid NSW Working with Children Check.
