The Financial Accounting team at ALDI Stores are currently hiring for two new Financial Accountants (Inventory) to join their team, based in Minchinbury NSW. These roles are permanent full-time positions.
As part of our Financial Accounting team, you will be part of a high performing and results driven team with a focus on process, diligence, and accuracy. A key aspect of this role will see you responsible for ensuring accurate data entry checks of ALDI’s inventory management system and process.
What does the role look like?
- Analyse and investigate inventory costing (MAP) discrepancies on a daily basis to ensure data accuracy and contract compliance
- Troubleshoot and investigate discrepancies by liaising with various stakeholders to reach solutions in a timely manner
- Perform month end accounting activities including clearing adjustments and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare reporting on inventory activities as required by the Team Leader and Executive Manager
- Investigate system issues relating to inventory costing
- Continuous improvement of Inventory costing process
