Software Engineer
Experience 8-12 Years
o Track enterprise release, freeze embargo, blackout windows
o Experience in Organize and coordinate with different groups implementation. Monitor and resolve TPIV, BPIV issues. Manage risk and resolve issues that affect the release
o Scrum planning, Retrospective, Scrum Review, Prioritizing Backlog
o Experience in Telematics Services Platform (TSP)
o Experience in Automation Framework using SOAP UI and GROOVY scripts
o Experience in setting up the QA practices within the Agile teams
o Develop automation scripts using JAVA in SELENIUM WEBDRIVER, TestNG and JUnit
o Performance & Security testing experience using JMETER & FORTIFY
o ITIL experience on Change, Incident, MI, problem
o Experience with Service now ITSM tools
o Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies, deficiencies and limitations in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods, and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior.
o Ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately using project deliverable methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage
o Ability to work independent with minimal supervision, while consistently maintaining attention to details.

Certified Scrum Master, Safe Agilist, Professional Scrum Product Owner
