Systech’s highly successful business model means that we are currently seeking experienced and talented full-time Contracts Administrator to become part of the Australian team.
Candidate Requirements:
• At least 2 years of contract administration or relevant experience
• Experience dealing with contracts, in particular contract reviews, contract drafting and relevant stakeholder management
• Construction or Engineering experience
• Degree qualified, preferably in law (not essential)
• Completed or undertaking the LPC (preferred)
• Mobile and flexible
• Possess the agility and flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Mobile and flexible
• Excellent IT skills
Duties (may include but are not limited to):
• developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts terms with internal and external partners
• managing paperwork associated with contracts
• negotiating contract terms with internal and external partners
• preparing and reviewing tender documentation
• responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts
• providing contractual guidance to project manager, site engineers, quality engineers, safety advisors etc., and assisting project manager with the preparation of contractual correspondence
• renewing and updating existing contracts to maintain the integrity of contract information
• preparing monthly Progress Claims for the works carried out
