Recruitment Consultant
My Australia Direct is accepting applications on behalf of our client for the position of Recruitment Consultant in Sydney, NSW.
Multiple positions are available and they are all full-time with annual remuneration of between $75,000 to $100,000 (negotiable) on offer plus superannuation.
The main purpose of this position is to contribute significantly to the overall success of the team by consistently assisting with temporary, contract and permanent placements as well as taking ownership of advertising requirements and client, candidate and contractor management.
Key Accountabilities
• Taking and acting on job requirements from established clients in the most appropriate and effective manner
• Take ownership of the interviewing process on behalf of to qualify candidate skillS and suitability for positions
• Write, post and monitor job ads
• Qualify ad response for candidate suitability and rank/respond accordingly
• Assist with candidate and client interview process, providing information, guidance and feedback throughout each stage
• Developing Business Relationships with new clients
• Active outreach and personal build via relevant social media channels
• Attending new and existing client meetings and site visits
• Matching correct candidates with job briefs
• Negotiating job offers between candidates and clients
Skills and experience required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience
• High level of English literacy
• Excellent communication and interview skills
