Currently we are looking for a 360-recruitment consultant to join our team in a brand-new office located in Rhodes. Our teamwork with many large companies to successfully provide them with their labour workers. As a recruitment consultant you will be tasked with the job of recruiting both casual and permanent position, with blue- & White-collar space.
About the role:
*Sourcing candidates.
*Obtain and gain a full understanding of client hiring requirements.
*Identify and qualify suitable candidates.
*Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs.
*Proactive in your approach to win new businesses and grow market share.
*Develop candidate attraction strategies in a candidate short market.
*Screen and place potential candidates in correct & suitable roles following the LLS Recruitment process (full training/onboarding will be provided).
Skills and Experience Required:
*Proven experience in recruitment industry.
*Sales driven mindset, and achievement oriented
*Independent person with good organization skills
*You are resilient
*Proactive and enjoy working in a busy environment
*You like working closely with your team as well as independently
*Ability to meet set KPI’s and targets
