We require a skilled CHEF/COOK who will be a team player and who has that "inner passion" and attention to detail who will show confidence and focus. Must be used to working in a fast-paced environment, working autonomously and work well under pressure - so working hard but have fun at the same time.
The successful applicant will;
1. Have had a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with knowledge of Italian Cuisine an advantage
2. Take pride in every dish served
3. Uphold Health & Safety Procedures
4. Always show strength & leadership
5. Mentoring junior employees/apprentices
6. Stepping up to Head Chef in their absence
7. Demonstrated experience in menu design, planning and implementation.
8. Will also possess a trade qualification
